Located in the booming area of Plumpton surrounded by a number of residential estates.

Marcon Infrastructure Group was involved to provide road, drainage, sewer reticulation and water reticulation design and construction supervision for this multiple-stage development amounting to 400 lots and Project Value of 52M. 

Marcon Infrastructure Group has worked with a list of stakeholders including the owners, consultants and contractors of the neighbouring estates as well as meeting the requirements of relevant authorities.

 

In additional to the internal residential subdivision, Marcon Infrastructure Group has worked with Melton City Council and Traffix Group.
