Marcon Infrastructure Group carried out the road, drainage, sewer reticulation and water reticulation design as well as Water Sensitive Urban Design.
An intergraded Water Sensitive Urban Design featuring rainwater tanks, rain gardens and trees pit, was completed to the satisfaction of Moreland City Council. It also met the Best Practice Targets by Melbourne Water.
